Hey, I’m Nikki. I am a writer, editor, educator, and nonprofit director living in New Orleans. Though primarily a poet, I dabble in CNF, fiction, playwriting, and sketch writing. My writing often centers chronic illness, disability, neurodivergence, mental health, and queerness, all things that I consider to be a part of my identity. I am a Poetry Editor at Bear Review, a technical writer of NIWs, and a college prof moonlighter at the University of New Orleans and Xavier University. Since 2022, I’ve run the literary arts nonprofit, LMNL, an organization that specializes in readings, residencies, book launches, workshops, and festivals.
